Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting. Global Complete Hinge Set with Rounded Edge. Used currently with these factories Global, General and Flush Metal and Accurate Partitions. Complete as shown in picture with the parts. Includes top pin, top hinge, bottom cam, pintle and bottom hinge and security screws. Used with powder coated steel and stainless steel partitions with a slight round edge. These will not work with old original Accurate Partitions prior to 2013. Used 2013 to current with Accurate Partitions.

The Accurate Toilet Partition Top or Bottom Hinge is for plastic laminate doors when attaching them to an 1-1/4" square edge pilaster or post.  The hinge mounts to the post to support the door. Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The hinge measures 2-1/4" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 1-5/16" and 1-1/2" between screws on center. Hinge lug projects out 1-11/16" and is 1/2" thick with a 5/8" diameter hole. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge Top/Bottom 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 3540. Same as 9G631A on our website.

The Accurate Partition Hinge Pin for Laminate is constructed of knurled steel.  This pin is used on Accurate Partitions Corp plastic laminate doors.   It measures 3-7/16" long by 3/8" diameter, and the knurled end has a threaded hole for a 10-24 screw.  Also known as a Bathroom Stall Hinge Pin. Manufacture part # 99109.

The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Chrome is used when mounting a door on a flat wall surface.  This hinge would be used on the top of the door.  The hinge is constructed of die cast Zamac metal, that is then chrome plated and polished.  The diameter of the larger hole is 1/2".  We sometimes find the number 3710 on the back of the hinge.  The white plastic insert is included.  A=1-1/2". Used with Accurate Partition doors prior to January 2013.

The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Stainless Steel is constructed or cast stainless steel, and then brushed to the desired finish.  This top hinge comes with the white plastic insert, not shown.   The top hinge hole is 1/2" diameter.  The manufactures part number is 3713.  A=1-1/2". Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

The Accurate Partition Top and Bottom Hinge kit is for 1-1/4" round edge pilasters or posts.  These are used on Accurate Partition Corp's, metal doors sold before January 2013.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, pins and security screws.  Hinges are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part numbers are 50-8517300, 50-2517200 and 50-398660.   A=1-1/2". There is no exact hinge replacement available.

The stop sticks out 3/4" and has a rubber bumper on it. The two mounting screws are 1-1/2" on center. This keeper bumper is designed for use on a 1-1/4" Post or Pilaster for out swinging doors. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Strike and Keeper-Out Swing 1-1/4" Square Edge. Manufacture part # 5210. Shipped with mounting screws.

ASI Alpaco Ada Indicator Latch is used by Accurate and Global Partitions. This European design is featured on the Alpaco Classic and Elegance Collection. Stainless steel construction make this indicator latch durable. These latches are created to be used on 3/4" thick material. Red and White indicator is used to show whether the stall is in use. Offers emergency access fom the outside with coin slot feature. Also known as 8273100.

The Partition Slide Bolt Latch with Indicator is constructed of Cast Stainless Steel.  It is designed for 3/4" or 1" thick doors, and has a screw spacing of 2-3/4" on center.   We find this latch on Global Partition Corp and Global Partition Corp restroom stalls.  The manufacturer part number is 8563009. This latch is Ada approved. There is no exact replacement available.

ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

The Accurate Partition Door Kit Old Style has been used from January 2013 to September 2021.  The door kit is replacement hardware for an Accurate Partitions Corp. metal door.  The kit includes the top and bottom hinges, nylon inserts, coat hook, keeper bumper, concealed latch and security screws.  They are constructed of die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished.  The manufactures part number is 50-8511505.

These hinges will not replace previous version of Accurates old style hinges that are no longer available.

The Accurate Partition ADA Turn Latch & Cover is a concealed latch set designed for use on Accurate metal doors to meet ADA compliance codes. The latch and cover are constructed of die cast metal and then chrome plated. This product is sometimes called a 50-2511390, 50-2511370, 50-8511579, 50-8511510 complete. This latch assembly was used prior to January 2013. There is no exact replacement available.

This old style lock is discontinued 1/1/2022.

The Accurate Partitions Bottom Cam Bolt is used on Accurate Partition Corps. metal partition hinges.  This bolt is used on the bottom hinge, and the bolt is a  3/8-16 x 1" hex head.   The manufacture calls this part # 50-3113810.

Global partitions new style door kits, used September 2021 to current. This door kit includes chrome plated zamac hardware, hinges and associated parts, slide latch with indicator and door keeper, coat hook. The adder is for outswing doors that included double door pulls, stainless steel top pin and 2" door stop. All security screws included. Factory part number 8513513 for inswing parts and 8513514 for the adder which is double door pulls and door stop. The hinges have been used for over 30 years.

To order out swing version you must order both parts as pictures shown for complete door kit.
