The Accurate Partition Top Hinge Flat Mount Stainless Steel is constructed or cast stainless steel, and then brushed to the desired finish.  This top hinge comes with the white plastic insert, not shown.   The top hinge hole is 1/2" diameter.  The manufactures part number is 3713.  A=1-1/2". The Partition Slide Bolt Latch 1-1/2" wide x 3-1/4 Long is constructed of cast stainless steel, and then brushed to the desired finish.  The hole spacing is 2-3/4" center to center.  This latch is used on Global Partition Corp and Accurate Partition Corp products.  The manufacture part numbers are  40-256300, 40-8562899, and 8698. This latch is Ada approved.
