Ampco Toilet Partition

The Toilet Partition Bottom Hinge For 1-1/4" Round Edge  is constructed of chrome plated Zamac die cast metal.  This hinge is used on round edged pilaster posts of 1-1/4" thickness.  The hinge measures 1-1/4" deep by 2-1/8" high by 1-7/16" wide. The U part of the hinge measures 2-1/8" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 11/16". The hole spacing is 1-1/2". The lug projects out 1-3/32" and is 1/2" thick with a 5/16" diameter hole. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge - Bottom 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 4040. Used on Ampco and Metpar Metal Partitions.  Shipped with mounting screws.  A=1-7/16"

The Toilet Partition Top Hinge Casting Unplated is constructed of Zamac die cast metal.  The outside dimensions of the top hinge casting are 3-7/16" high by 2-3/8" wide by 1-5/32" deep. The casting features four holes, two of them are 3/8" diameter, one is 7/32" diameter and the fourth is a threaded hole for a 5/16-18 screw. The two U channels have spacings of 13/16" and 1" on the other. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert - Top 1". Manufacture part # 4546. Used with AMPCO and Metpar Toilet Partitions.

The U mounting channel is 2-1/8" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 11/16". The mounting holes are 1-1/2" apart on center. The lug projects out 1-3/32" by 13/32" thick with a 3/8" diameter bushing. Also know as a Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge - Top 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 4530. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on centers. The hinge lug projects out 1-11/16" by 1/2" thick with a 1/4" bushing diameter. Also known as a AMPCO Bathroom Stall Pivot Hinge - Top 1-1/4". The screw hole is 7/32" diameter. The square slot is 1" by 15/16". The square bulge were the screw is located is 1-1/2" by 1-5/32". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert - Bottom 1". Manufacture part # 4066.
